Parish Pastoral Council (PPC)

The Parish Pastoral Council is the group of people who advises the Pastor in making decisions and policies for the parish. It is composed of the Pastor, Fr. Mike Olivero, the Pastoral Associate, the Business Manager, a representative from each Commission, as well as Hispanic Ministry and Teen representatives, and up to eight "at large" members. The PPC meets on the third Monday of the month at 6:30 for about an hour.

Every parishioner should understand how the PPC gives them a voice in the parish. Members of the PPC are responsible for bringing concerns, needs and desires of the parishioners to the Pastor. They also disseminate information from the Pastor to the parish. They may request that various commissions implement actions or research to enhance the life of the parish.

You may be a Commission member to belong, but that is not necessary to be an "at large" member of the PPC. All you need is ask anyone at the rectory to find out how you may become a member. We need new members for the PPC.

We truly hope you will join the PPC and help to make decisions and plans, pray, act and reap the benefits of being an integral part of your Community. Take some steps to become closer to the Lord.
